Relaxation and Creative Visualisation

Relaxation and creative visualisation is a process which is used to promote a sate of calmness. Once this has been achieved the therapist takes the individual or group through guided imagery. This relaxation technique is aimed at easing stress and promoting a sense of peace and tranquillity at a difficult time in a person’s life.
